1. General Provisions

HDC Transfer enables users to book transportation services through its website, mobile applications, and other online platforms.

Transportation services are provided by independent professional transportation service providers (TSPs).

HDC Transfer arranges the booking of these services; the actual transportation is performed by the TSP.

By using the platform, users accept these Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), which govern all bookings arranged through HDC Transfer.

2. Booking and Contractual Relationship

2.1 Contract Structure

The transportation service contract exists directly between the user and the selected TSP.

HDC Transfer acts as an intermediary, arranging this contract on behalf of the user.

2.2 Booking Process

  • Submission of a completed booking form or phone request constitutes an offer by the user to book transportation services.
  • An initial email confirms receipt of the request.
  • A separate booking confirmation email finalizes the booking, granting the user the right to receive transportation services from the assigned TSP.

3. User Information

  • Users must provide complete and accurate information.
  • Automated or false registrations are prohibited.
  • Account security is the user’s responsibility.

4. Transportation Services

4.1 Ride Types

Services include airport transfers, hotel transfers, long-distance rides, hourly hires, and on-demand chauffeur services, depending on local availability.

Requests for changes after booking (additional stops, longer duration) may result in extra charges.

4.2 Pickup Times

Pickup times are specified in the booking confirmation.

For airport or train pickups, if valid flight or train numbers are provided, pickup times will adjust automatically for delays.

4.3 Vehicles

Different vehicle classes are offered. Images on the platform are for illustration; actual models may vary.

Upgrades to higher vehicle classes may occur at no additional cost based on availability.

4.4 Luggage and Special Requirements

  • Information on luggage, special items (e.g. wheelchairs), pets, and child seats must be provided at the time of booking.
  • The TSP may refuse transport of unapproved items or improperly declared pets.
  • Child restraints must be requested with details on the number and age of children.

4.5 Delays, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Unavoidable situations like severe weather may cause delays or cancellations.

Cancellations are free if made more than one hour before the pickup time.

Cancellations within one hour or no-shows are charged in full.

5. Payments

Fares are shown at the time of booking and may adjust for extra distance, waiting time, or changes requested by the user.

Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Amex.

3D Secure payments are supported for enhanced security.

Invoices are provided electronically. If the default payment fails, other saved payment methods may be charged.

6. Liability and Conduct

HDC Transfer is not responsible for any damages resulting from the transportation service provided by the TSP.

Seatbelt regulations must be followed, and smoking is not permitted in vehicles.

Consumption of food is discouraged; alcohol is only permitted with prior approval.

7. Intellectual Property

Website and application content is protected by copyright.


Use is limited to personal booking and informational purposes.

8. Governing Law

These T&Cs form the complete agreement.

Any disputes are subject to applicable local laws.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply.
